EQUINE REVIEW:
The NPBHA will have a booth at the 2008 Equine Review to be held at the Princess Louise Park Show Center on May 3rd and 4th. Tammy Young is ogranizing this event and needs lots of volunteers to help out. Specifically, she needs help with the following:
Friday: Help setting up the booth, probably after supper (around 6 pm)
Saturday: Help selling tickets at the booth as well as anything else we have to sell (tack, etc.)
Sunday: Help selling tickets, and tear down of the booth at 4pm

We are also working on obtaining a vacation package to sell tickets on. All the money raised at this event will be going towards prize money for our jackpots, so right back into your pocket!
EAST COAST BARREL RACING FUNDRAISING DANCE
For those of you in NB, we are holding a fund raising dance for the East Coast Barrel Racing on Saturday, April 26th at the Florenceville Legion. Come and dance up a storm. Western attire. Also need volunteers to help out that night. Contact Carolyn at clwanama@mccain.ca or phone 506-273-3539
2008 CLINICS
April 19th 20th. - Clinic in PEI with Doug Leasor - Doug has accumulated over 1000AQHA points in his show career thus far (he is at 1126 right now). Doug was the 2nd highest money earner in the Kentucky Quarter Horse Breeders Incentive fund with over $38000.00 in earnings in 2006. Free instruction available for children of those participating in the clinic.

May 22 & 23 - Barrel and Pole Clinic with AQHA 2006 Reserve World Champion Sr 'Poles Betty Dyer. To be held at Valley Horse & Saddle Club grounds. Currently booked full with a waiting list. Also, the Albert County Exhibition is taking place with barrel and pole runs in the evening, giving competitors another option to race!
