AGM/Awards Banquet- November 9, 2019
This year's AGM and awards banquet will be held at the All Season Inn in Sussex, NB. Here is the list of events for the day:
2:30pm- Annual General Meeting. All members are encouraged to attend as this is where we will vote on any rule/constitution changes as well as vote for the 2020 executive committee. There are several positions that are up for renewal this year so please come out and vote! If there is a change you would like to propose, please notify us by October 26, 2019 so these proposed changes can be sent to the membership in advance of the AGM.
5:00pm- Dinner will be served. This year will feature a Turkey Dinner/Chinese Buffet. Tickets cost $25 for adults, $12 for children. Please fill out the form below to purchase tickets. Last date available to purchase tickets is November 1, 2019 as we will need to provide numbers to the venue.
7:00pm- Awards ceremony followed by a live auction. All proceeds will go towards payouts for next year's shows. Any all donations would be greatly appreciated. Please bring them with you the night of or send with someone who is going. Thanks!
